Please…Read on and you will see that not all bacon & egg casseroles are the same. In a word, you could easily have these casseroles for your breakfast or your brunch. Don’t eat junk, have one of these casseroles for lunch.😂Want an easy supper and leftover night? On Keto, got one for ya! You can please everyone with these casseroles.

 

KETO Casserole

1) James at Funfoods has a fantastic Keto breakfast recipe. This is definitely our pick for the a Keto go to. James says he eats this almost everyday and you can too. Lots of goodness in this recipe. James says you can have your breakfast for dinner, or great for low carb diets as well. The whipping cream is whipped until nice and fluffy. Then add 4 slices of crumbled bacon and don’t forget all the cheese, about a cup of cheese depending on how much you love cheese. What a delight. And then it is easily cooked. This recipe makes 9 servings which is great for the average Pyrex dish.

 

Great Classic Casserole

2)This is a great make-ahead recipe. And you can also pull it together at the moment too. Great versatile recipe. This Bacon Egg Breakfast Casserole uses up left over slices of sandwich bread. So hold on to that bread. After covering the bottom layer of your casserole dish with the bread, then whisk together the eggs and milk with seasonings. Oh and the bacon! Don’t forget that half pound of bacon. Finish it off with lots of cheese. A very satisfying dish.

 

 

 

Easy Bacon Egg (Cheesy) Casserole

Whether your trying to make something special for your Sunday breakfast or if you want to make a great impression on your guests. Either way, Martha Stewart brings it home with this Easy Bacon and Egg Casserole. By using store bought puff pastry and then simply layering in the bacon, eggs, and cheese. Your presentation is quite attractive in this dish. This can also go well for and afternoon picnic.

 

Bacon, Potato, and Egg Casserole

4) But what about those in love with carbs like me? Well then, you’ve got to try this Bacon Potato and Egg Casserole. This is a fantastic recipe by the one Pot Chef. Quick and easy cleanup is in minutes. Use baking potatoes or even leftover potatoes and slather them with sour cream, bacon and grated cheese. It’s tastes like a huge delicious baked potato in your mouth, with all the fixings! You can make this ahead of time, a day in advance if you like. Later you can serve this as a breakfast casserole and you can also serve it as a side dish. E It’s a deliciously rich and creamy.🤩

 

Meat Lovers Casserole

5)But what about those those in the family who love meat? We’ve got Joey’s super Meat Lovers Casserole here. What a great way to make everybody in the family happy. On casserole day you can have your Keto on the top shelf of your oven and meat lover on the bottom. This is a hardy breakfast dish. As it is loaded with ground meat, sausage, and bacon. Joey is sure that the sourdough bread really brings the meats to a triumphant victory. This is for anyone with a hearty appetite, like my teenage son. 😎

 

Sausage Gravy, Biscuit and Egg Casserole

6) Here is a Southern styled mom and son rendition of sausage gravy turned into a wonderful casserole. Start this with Jimmy Dean sausage; it’s already good. Then add in some butter to that sausage. Your gravy will start to come together with some flour. It only takes one minute to cook the flour into the sausage mixture. Get some calcium and add the milk. This gravy has some savory seasonings. A nice touch of Sage goes in. While the sauce thickens up, break up your biscuits and place them on the bottom of your Pyrex dish. This dish only requires 6 eggs, so if you like casseroles but you don’t like it “too eggy” this is a great casserole to try and don’t forget the cheese!
